Q. Have you ever bought a book BECAUSE of a bad review?
A. I haven't ever really gone out and bought a book just because of a bad review I saw about it. There are times when a book I've had on my TBR list and been wanting to read gets some bad reviews, but usually after seeing bad reviews if the things that bothered other people who read the book don't seem like they would bother me or be something I'd have a problem with I'll still get the book and read it.
But who knows, it could possibly happen in the future :p

No, I have never read a book because it received a negative review. If I was interested in a book and it was receiving negative reviews, I would still read it. New follower via GFC.

ReplyDeleteI'm the same. I take reviews into consideration for my book reading decisions, but a bad one doesn't necessarily make it a to be read for me!
