Q. Activity! Dreamcast your current read.
A. Well I'm currently reading Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld, and honestly I have no idea who I'd cast to play the characters. I absolutely adore Deryn and I like Alek too (they're the two main characters) but as far as picking someone to play them, I'm just drawing a huge blank because I can't think of anyone who fits their roles at the moment.
Even though I can't think of actors to cast I do have to say I think this would be an EPIC movie if it was done right, but of course I;d be a little hesitant because there's always that risk that it won't be as good as the book.
I'm horrible at casting characters most of the time (if you hadn't noticed) and I know this is a totally suckish/boring answer, but if I do think of anyone I'll update my post :p

Ooh I hate casting characters as well! In fact I cheated with mine. I took two separate movies that were versions of the book I read and cast them as their corresponding character anyway! Not creative, but I did like how they portrayed their character in the movies.
